Harold and Maude
Maude: I should like to change into a sunflower most of all. They’re so tall and simple. What flower would you like to be?
Harold: I don’t know. One of these, maybe.
Maude: Why do you say that?
Harold: Because they’re all alike.
Maude: Oooh, but they’re *not*. Look. See, some are smaller, some are fatter, some grow to the left, some to the right, some even have lost some petals. All *kinds* of observable differences. You see, Harold, I feel that much of the world’s sorrow comes from people who are *this*,
[she points to a daisy]
Maude: yet allow themselves be treated as *that*.
[she gestures to a field of daisies]

Shadow Boy and Lavendura
Lavendura would sit alone all day,
Smelling all her troubles away.
Though she wished her Prince would come,
While she waited she took sips of rum.
Shadow Boy was heartless and rude.
He was known for his deadly charm and strange attitude.
Though in crowds, he slowly drifted apart,
He could never overcome the feeling of his missing heart.
Until one day, their lives had intertwined.
And...

Sunset Boulevard
Joe Gillis: I've got some ideas myself. One of them being this is New Year's Eve. How about living it up a little?
Betty Schaefer: As for instance?
Joe Gillis: Well....
Betty Schaefer: We could make some paper boats and have a regatta. Or we could turn on the shower full blast.
Joe Gillis: How about capturing the kitchen and barricading the door?
Betty Schaefer: Are you hungry?
Joe Gillis: Hungry? After twelve years in the Burmese jungle. I am starving, Lady Agatha -- starving for a white shoulder --
Betty Schaefer: Phillip, you're mad!
Girl: You can have the phone now.
Joe Gillis: [Paying no attention] Thirsting for the coolness of your lips -
Betty Schaefer: No, Phillip, no. We must be strong. You're still wearing the uniform of the Coldstream Guards! Furthermore, you can have the phone now.
Joe Gillis: O.K. [He gets up, starts out, turns] Suddenly I find myself terribly afraid of losing you.
Betty Schaefer: You won't. [She takes the glass out of his hand] I'll get us a refill of this horrible liquid.
Joe Gillis: You'll be waiting for me?
Betty Schaefer: With a wildly beating heart.
Joe Gillis: Life can be beautiful! [He leaves.]

Met an awsome homosexual today.
We talked about glasses. I tried on some Raybans.. he wasn’t feeling them. Then he spoke of the fact that he liked a pair of Rayban aviators but he needed a fringe to wear them.. I agreed. Another pair we felt you needed to be blonde to wear, I was, he wasn’t. We then came up with the concept of Rayban wigs. He immediately rang the Rayban head office. (He knew the number off by heart)...

How To Be Happy
Think happy.
“Remember, happiness doesn’t depend on who you are or what you have. It depends solely on what you think.”
